Train with Purpose

HYROX sessions follow a consistent race-style format: running and skiing intervals paired with functional stations like sled pushes, wall balls, burpees, sandbag carries, and rowing. Once you learn the layout, you’ll start to see where you’re improving—and what you want to work on next.

Start Where You Are. Build from There.

No experience? No problem. You don’t need to be in peak condition to get started. Every class is scalable, and every movement can be modified. We’ll help you push yourself at the right pace, so you train hard without overdoing it.
