Looking for something a little lower on the intensity scale? This class is strength based using weights, body-weight, bands, and other equipment. This full body workout is great for strengthening and toning! Modifications are available.

Bootcamp

Don’t be intimated by the name! Bootcamp is a FUN class that will always be different. This class combines equipment that you won’t see in the typical classes offered at Pulse. Class formats may look a little bit different, too. This class uses bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, tires, boxes, and so much more!
